Students aren’t getting enough time to eat lunch, Horry County mom says (WBTW)

As state representative, I will work with district leaders to update our current school policies to reflect the new normal that students and teachers face. After spending the last 22 years in a classroom and having some teaching experience myself, I can assure you that our students need more time to play than just to learn. Let’s focus on progress in students instead of mandated testing that doesn’t measure everyone’s true intelligence. I believe every student has the potential, they just need the teacher to believe in them. Let’s get to work and #Fix106!
